Katrina Steak is a Tāmaki Makaurau based artist whose work is influenced by sci-fi, erotica, moodiness, comics, and explosions of color. Originally born in the United States of America, the exploration into alien lore and the other worldly came about from her experience as an immigrant.

Katrina has a Bachelors of Visual Arts graduating in 2016, and has since been hosting spontaneous pop up exhibitions, murals, and bringing together artists of various mediums to celebrate their craft.

Her work revolves around digital illustration and painting, with the occasional exploration of stained glass, and beadwork.
